Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions any reference to 'we', 'us' or 'our' relates to Horsebox Supplies Limited. 'You' or 'your' refers to any customers purchasing goods from Horsebox Supplies Limited

 

Applications

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to every sale of goods by Horsebox Supplies Limited to any of its customers to the exclusion of any other written terms and conditions not specifically agreed to in writing by ourselves.

 

Payment

Unless a credit account has been opened and confirmed in writing, all goods are supplied on a payment with order basis. You can make payment by cheque, bacs or via a debit/credit card subject to authorisation. Where credit facilities have been agreed, payment must be made no later than 30 days from date of invoice. If payment is not received by this day a late payment charge shall be incurred. Should payment not be received within 14 days further action will be taken to which all costs are liable and payable by the customer. All special order items are to be paid for in full at time of order and have a standard manufacturing time of 10/14 working days.

Any cheques returned by your bank to be represented or marked 'refer to drawer' incur a £35.00 surcharge each time + VAT.

Please note that we have a 14:00 deadline for same day despatch and next working day delivery Monday - Friday. All orders placed after this time will be processed and despatched the next working day. Special order items have a standard manufacturing time of 10/14 working days. Standard delivery is to UK Mainland only and is a 1-2 working day service.

 

Monitoring Telephone Calls and Emails

Telephone calls using the telephone numbers provided on this website and email correspondence with Horsebox Supplies Limited may be recorded or monitored. By using such communication methods you are consenting to the recording or monitoring of the same.

 

Shortages

Notification of any shortage/damaged goods must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.

 

Retention of Title

Ownership of goods is not transferred until all monies owing to Horsebox Supplies Limited, either for these or any other goods, or on any other account, have been paid in full. At any time pending such payment in full, Horsebox Supplies Limited debt recover agent may enter the customer's premises to repossess the goods or any of them, subject however (unless the cusomter is in default of his contractual obligations or has become insolvent) to giving reasonable notice of our intention to do so. Not withstanding the foregoing, the risk shall pass to the customer forthwith upon delivery.

 

Cancellation

To comply with current customer legislation, any order for goods from us can be cancelled at any time up to seven working days after delivery provided Horsebox Supplies Limited are notified in writing within this time. Where goods have already been dispatched, the customer is responsible for their return to Horsebox Supplies Limited in good condition within 14 days of the cancellation notice. After cancellation Horsebox Supplies Limited will make a refund within 14 days to the customer of any monies paid relating to the order excluding carriage.

 

Returns

Where goods are to be returned for whatever reason, you should contact us to obtain a returns reference number. Without this we are unable to arrange a credit or exchange for any goods returned.

 

Product Suitability

Horsebox Supplies Limited cannot be responsible for any liability arising from misuse or incorrect fitting of any product supplied. In particular, the fitting of wheel trims in no way reduces the responsibility of the vehicle operator and driver to ensure wheel nuts are securely fitted. With regards to fibreglass products, any disputes must be brought to our attention before final finish so they can be rectified. Once vehicle has been final finished, claims put forward after this regarding faults with the fibreglass must be taken up with final finishers. All items (including special order items) will only be released for dispatch once the item is fully finished and up to a standard to which we are happy with.

 

Governing Law

In the event of any dispute in connection with the sale of goods, such shall be determined by English Court of Law to whose jurisdiction both parties hereby submit.
